Rest easy, you're not alone - when starting out most people feel this exact same way. And for these exact reasons we developed the Fuzion Fitness Personal Training program.

Our Personal Training program can be done 1-on-1 or if you and your friends have similar goals, we can work in small groups of up to four people.

We find in that most people know what they should do, but they fail to actually put it into action. At Fuzion Fitness we like to empower you to make training a regular part of your weekly schedule. This is not about your trainer telling you when and how often you should be training, it’s quite the opposite. It is about identifying what you can commit to on a weekly basis and working together to design a plan of action that fits into your lifestyle.

We are not your typical stereotyped trainers. We are coaches. Personal trainers just want to smash you into the ground each and every workout. That’s not smart. As coaches we know how to train you optimally to get you the results you are after. Yes, a high intensity workout does happen on occasion but it shouldn’t be every workout. That just leads to a burnout and the client not enjoying their workout. We typically find that during the early stages, we have to slow people down. We want to get them moving correctly and keep them safe. There will be plenty of time to attack your workouts once the fitness levels and movement patterns improve.

During each and every session, your personal coach will guide you along to ensure that you're working at an intensity that is safe and suitable for your fitness.

Nutrition and exercise go hand in hand. You cannot achieve a body transformation only focusing on one. Results are made in the kitchen. At Fuzion Fitness we have a complete 8 week nutrition program which includes 8x 45 minute 1-on-1 consultations with head coach Tim to help you customize a nutrition plan that works for you and fits into your lifestyle. There is no ‘one size fits all’ plan when it comes to nutrition, during the 8-week program we will teach you how to create a unique plan that gets you results! OUR PROGRAM OPTIONS

The Fuzion Fitness Personal Training program is available to everyone. From mum’s and dad’s to business men and women. It doesn’t matter if you are a complete beginner or an advanced trainee. Your coach will develop a program that best suits you!

Depending upon your goals and specific circumstances, we have 3, 6 and 12 month programs available.
